The dates for WWW2024 are 20th - 23rd September 2024. We have booked the Community Centre for the Saturday evening again.
Llangorse Lakeside campsite (www.llangorselake.co.uk) have now released 2024 prices. If you made a provisional booking for the 2024 event before prices were released you should have received an email from Lakeside asking you to confirm your booking before 4th November or they will assume that you no longer require the booking.
New camping, caravanning, motorhome, and static caravan bookings can be made by telephoning the Llangorse Lakeside campsite now on 01874 658226. Don't forget to say that you are a member of the Imp Club and are booking for the Imp Club event as the 10 static caravans and all pitches on 'Ernie's Field' are being reserved for Imp Club use only until shortly before the event (if they are not all taken up by then). For other local accommodation options have a look at https://stayinllangorse.com.
Please also let the organisers know you have booked by emailing wickedwelshweekend@gmail.com
