Good afternoon members.
As the owner of a street going 1969 Hillman Imp in LHD I would like to proceed in preparing it for track racing in FIA historical events. I can have the car prepared here in Italy as well, but for sure in UK there are specialists that can do a better job as they are more experienced on this specific model. Are you able to suggest a shop that can perform a full preparation of the car and eventually do obtain the FIA HTP papers too?
Kind regards from Italy and stay safe at home.

Re: Race Preparation
Pretty certain Stuart @ Rodwell could be the person for your engine/mechanicals and I've emailed someone about the body to see who they used on their old car which was pretty much to that type of spec.
Trouble is a lot of the Imp race cars in the UK are built to HSCC spec, which isn't quite the same as the FIA specs.
Doc Knutson in Norway built some pretty good cars to FIA HTP spec, so could be worth trying to contact him as well
