New Show at Turvey House Bedfordshire request for cars from Peter Simpson.

Kelsey Media is organizing a special 'Best of British' event at Turvey House, Bedfordshire on September 3. I have been asked to co-ordinate the Rootes Group displays for the show. As well as the general Rootes display, we're hoping to have a special display for 60 years of the Hillman Imp (many other anniversaries are also being marked) and we would therefore like to invite up to ten Imp owners to come along ad be part of this special display. As well as being an integral part of this show, participants will receive FREE entry for up to two people per car (tickets are normally £10 each) and we are looking for show-condition vehicles, though originality is most definitely not essential. Though Best of British is a new show, a lot of effort (and not a little cash) is being put behind it, and we are looking to make it one of the UK's major old-car events within a few years.
