1. Traders are welcome to advertise their Imp, Imp derivitive or other Imp related items here.

2. Traders are expected to respond to buyers questions in a timely manner. Buyers should be aware that the Imp Club limited cannot answer questions directly on behalf of any advertiser but if complaints are received of no responses on an item for sale please the moderators may remove the advertisement at their discretion.

3. Any terms agreed as regards purchase shall remain a contract between the buyer and seller, furthermore, both buyer and seller agrees on placing or responding to any advertisement to hold The Imp Club Limited entirely harmless against any and all litigation brought by buyer, seller or third party.

4. If you are posting about an item(s) you have listed elsewhere, Ebay, Gumtree, Facebook etc. please let readers know.

NOTE TO SELLERS WHO ARE A BUSINESS (OR INDIVIDUALS REPRESENTING A BUSINESS)

The Business Advertisement Disclosure Order 1977 requires that all advertisements by people who seek to sell goods in the course of a business to make that fact clear. The Imp Club as the publisher of the advertisement can also commit an offence if an advertiser fails to comply with the Order. A person does not have to earn a living from selling the advertised goods. It is for the Courts to decide on each case but normally a person who advertises more than three or four times in a short period of time will be construed as a Trader. The Imp Club will ask advertisers to confirm that they are not in a trade or business before an advertisement is published. This decision will not affect advertisers who by the nature of the advertisement make it clear that they are traders.
