Re: Doms Clan (Curborough track day!)
Clan looks and sounds great.
I noticed you stick to an inside line at the far-end 180 (Fradley Hairpin).
I did that and found it difficult to carry speed through the hairpin on to the straight (Fradley has a compound curve).
Then someone told me (I think it was Imp Racer and Ex-Treasurer Simon), after exiting the Molehill, aim for the outside curb of the hairpin just before it opens up for the straight..then turn-in (relatively sharply ) onto the straight. It takes a few goes to get right (it's counter-intuitive) but you do carry more speed through Fradley on that outside line rather than trying to apex too early on the inside curb of Fradley (the compound curve takes you in too tight on the inside line).

Dom
Regarding your Facebook request for rear springs, I run RAC's on VAK and use it on the track and road, it's totally acceptable and doesn't shake your fillings out as some would have you believe. I'm not saying its Citroen DS like but given the rest of the set up it is acceptable. The only changes I sometimes make is to use an inch spacer under the spring to raise the ride height if I'm expecting it to be rough for clearance reasons.
The original clan is different to the Irish one so the same spring will make the Irish one higher, I'm not sure where yours fits in the time line.
I've found the rears less critical than the fronts where it's a very fine line between too soft and too hard - probably no more than 20/30 Ib/ft.

Re: Doms Clan (Curborough track day!)
A good compromise option for a low road/track set-up are the 360 lbin TR2/6 front springs on the rear of a Clan. Rate-wise they sit midway between the std Clan rears (260-280) and the Imp rears (~410). I have these on mine atm - they are 4 inch OD -exactly the same OD as the std Clan rears. The 360lbin TrR2/6 are a bit too short so I have a 1 inch spacer within the trailing arm spring well to bring the ride height up . This is still well below the std Clan rear ride height - but no so low that it stresses the driveshaft u/j's and donuts. If you do go this route you will need shorter rear dampers to match or you will bottom out on the bump stops using the std length Clan rear dampers. I got a set of rear Protechs made to match the shorter TR2/6 Springs on the rear.
On the front, 9.5 inch long 120 lbin is a good compromise -again with shorter dampers or you will hit the bump stops.
