The very first imp that got me interested....

Post by skamanfrank »

....was on eBay about 12 years ago, probably the summer of 2005

It was red, a basic or a deluxe I think, based on the front panel trim, had wide arches, Weller wheels (wide ones with the holes, not the spokes, I believe they were white, possibly grey) and I think it had a black roof. From what I remember it had a quirky nickname like "Dennis" or something similar

The eBay photos were taken on a gravel driveway and it sold for ~£1000

Any one got any idea what/who's it was?
Cheers

I bought and later sold a imp around that time fitting the description ,
The reg was SFL 124N
Bought it from Gainsborough sold it a year later to a young lad in derby ,

It’s been off the road years now and I haven’t seen it since ,
Someone on here must have a pic as I bought it off here

Red and black called Dennis the Menace possibly? After the cartoon character's red and black jumper?
I do recall mention of a "Dennis the Menace" Imp.

FUR535K?
If I told you I was a pathological liar, would you believe me?
