Well there was no point in sitting at home wondering what the national was like so me and Mrs Nods went on a little camping road trip for a few nights in Sunny / thundery Cornwall Thursday and Friday night and coming home today ( Saturday ).
We decided on Bodmin and found a brilliant campsite here.

Camp Noddy
Its in the middle of no where really so its very quite which is what we were after.
First afternoon was spent looking for something we saw on the map that seemed to now not be there

so eventually we ended up back in Bodmin in a pub called the Hole in the Wall . It was full of drunk but friendly locals one of which bought us both a drink. The Steak and Ale pie made 1/2 hour before was stunning , we even saw the pint of real ale being pulled for said pie. They know how to live down there.
Friday was a trip to Padstow then on to Wadebridge .
Padstow AKA Padstine was heaving to say the least and we had to park up the top and walk down.
Annies foot was not happy by this time so come the end of our time there i left her in Padstow , walking up to the Vusky and drove down to pick her up.
If you want to cause chaos in Padstow drive an Imp thats all il say.
Then on to Wadebridge for some shopping , by this time there was thunder in the air and by the time we returned to the campsite it was hoofing it down with added thunder and lightening .
Annie wasnt too keen on being under loads of trees in a tent at this time
Camp Noddy was dismantled this morning and we went to Fowey , much like Padstow only smaller , prettier and less busy , again we walked down but found a small bus to take us back to the car park.
Then over the on the Bodinnick ferry to Lostwithiel then home via Liskeard , Tavistock, Okehampton and Exeter .
The ferry at Fowey
Stopped off at Route 303 American Diner for lunch and what a meal that is , recommended if your down this way ever.
Total mileage 338
Oil used , no idea I never checked.
Coolant used , see above .
Spanners used , one 5/16 ring spanner to adjust the wing mirror after i whacked it with a suitcase
Vusky started instantly hot or cold or half hot / half cold EVERY TIME
Fuel used , no idea , never checked , just fed it when it wanted some.
Ive got to say it ran perfectly even though it was loaded to the gunnels and its VERY hilly around these parts
