Dave,
I`ve got this :D My Mum bought it just after getting her first Imp-before my time-it`s all complete surprisingly. The full company name is Cowan DeGroot. I`m not a big board game fan, but I give it a go from time to time!

Was it a freebee giveaway by dealers or did you have to buy it :?:

I`ll speak to her about it again, she`s 81 now but still got her memory :) I think it was bought from Woolworths (remember them?!) if I remember her story right, can`t imagine them being a freebie, but maybe from the more upmarket Rootes dealerships?

I do hope you're going to bring it to National? :)

I`m sure these have surfaced at past events? My Mum definitely bought it, either Woolies or House Of Fraser in Glasgow, she couldn`t decide which :o

They were sold abroad too. I've got one that I found in an antique shop in Brisbane years ago. It had never been played with, but unfortunately the box had some water damage. I had thought maybe it was brought here by an ex-pat Brit until I showed it to an older Rootes enthusiast who remembered buying one for his kids in the 70s.
