Fluffy seals & Door Cards

Postby Leedy » Tue Mar 29, 2016 7:18 pm

Nearly finished collecting my parts to rebuild my Imp. Just need 1 or 2 bits now. So looking for N/S & O/S fluffy seals for the windows including clips. Also 2 Good quality front door cards for a late Imp Sport
Many Thanks

Got all mine through Malc and Club Spares.
Much of the stuff advertised on e bay, such as door seals arent any good, only get tried and tested stuff from those who do actually know it works.

Yes, Imp Club spares do universal door cards in white plastic which can be cut down as necessary and then you need to glue your existing vinyl over it.

Got the door cards sorted. a trimming company is making some brand new ones with the proper finish. need this car to look right. Spent a lot on it so far so no gunna be fitting any bits of hardboard or white plastic. but still need the fluffy seals. I have emailed club spares 3 times with out a single reply? tried ringing the number. no answer? I posted on here, thinking this would be addressed by club spares. Obviously not

Hi Leedy,

Club Spares is run by Bob Allan and it's not because he's ignoring you but he is a volunteer who is in full time employment.

The best time to call him is Saturday mornings when he's usually wrapping parcels and answering the past week's enquiries.

Hope this helps
Regards
Graham 8)

PS By the way did you manage to get an answer to the enquiry I made on FB back in February?

Fluffy glass slide seals and inner fluffy horizontal draught seal can be got from Bob or Malc including the correct clips, just had some off Bob,
If you e mail spares Bob normally comes straight back at 6 pm that evening, and gives jolly good service for me.

Can you let me know his email address, just incase I have the wrong one. Cant remember about the enquiry back in feb? Youll have to jog my memory. Thanks again
