No the Chamois isn't one of mine, though it has a Paris registration plate. I think it belongs to Wayne, one of a growing number of French Impers.

Mike Brewer and Ant Anstead came on to the stand to see Dom's car

Ant had to try it out for size

Nice to see the appreciation of the work of an automotive genius on the Imp Club stand. Both the AA van and the Dom BMW were the work of Imp guru, Clark Dawson.

The van was restored by him and the work and ingenuity required to make a BMW engine suitable to allow Impers to release the full potential of the Imp design at a fraction of the cost for a full blown 998 engine should be recognised more by the Club.

That should not matter, it's the promotion of the Imp that is important surely?
But check out the flag banner behind the Imp, is the 4WD Dyno advert part of the Imp Club?

The AA van certainly was a great Clark job.
But credit where its due 16 months ago Doms car was a rusty shell he did all the work himself including the paint job. Fantastic achievement.

Very true Andy but I was referring to the engine conversion in Dom's car. The bodywork is a credit to him.
