Sad to hear Matt and Tracey are going. Let's hope the new owners realise how much money we bring in over just one weekend and keep it going, otherwise you'll have to find a new venue!

Glad they've agreed to let us stay for another year at least. I've got a £1 electricity card left from last year and I'd hate to waste it
Hopefully, as Baz says, they'll see what a nice little earner the WWW is for them and let us stay, it's just a great venue and not too far away for me either..............

Cheers Jim

I'm surprised to hear that the Rising Sun £1 electricity cards have a built in expiry date. I've successfully used cards bought the previous year several times.....so don't lose hope Jim!

I'm hoping they don't have an expiry.. I found a couple in the caravan over the weekend.

We drove past the Rising Sun on Friday and this afternoon.. not much sign of any activity, except that the grass was nicely cut. I do hope that the new owners can rejuvenate the place and keep it going.

Hi Nik,

Just let Gurns know on this thread what you need, also let him know if you want an electrical hook-up.
