Could be done if cost is no object, needs someone to do it because they want the car and not to pass it on trying to make a few bob fast.
I suppose you could take the estate relevant body parts and transfer them to a good shell, but then its not the same car is it?
We had a great day at the show making good progress on my Californian. We have fitted the carpets and some other interior bits and Chris (with some help) has done lots on the engine. It's been great to see so many Imp Club members visiting the stand throughout the day.

The show is going very well so far, saw a lot of Imp Club members yesterday, sorry if there wasn't a lot of time to chat but Richard kept nagging me to do some more work!
Seriously though, we have a great balance of cars on the stand with 2 restorations in progress, a barn find and some lovely restored cars plus the amazing Cosworth Stiletto with just 290bhp. And we are close to the Practical Classics stage where they are periodically showing off the gorgeous TVR Tina and as you have seen above, we have been helping with putting the engine/gearbox in and supplying the odd part here and there.
Arrived early on Friday and spent ages trying to find exactly where our OMC stand should be
Met up with Fuzz Townsend for a photo and autograph His Imp article was my inspiration for buying an Imp 3 years ago
Thanks go to John Simister for arranging it Although only a brief meeting due to his other comitments he thanked me for watching Car SOS and that meant a lot
Sorry it's a mini but a rare one, has a Wolseley front and no boot
