My weekend working unfortunately.
If I told you I was a pathological liar, would you believe me?

Re: Race Retro this Weekend.
Good show on Saturday and picked the best day weatherwise
Met Ari Vatanen and got his autograph, another one of my hero's He gave a very interesting interview and must have been signing for about an hour, luckily I was towards the front of the queue
Also Steve Berry's interview was worth a listen. Bumped into Imp club member Charlotte whilst wondering around the many great exhibits and accessory stands

Yes great day, that is me stood behind you between the lady in the black and blue coat and the lad with the camera.
Ari was fantastic made time to talk to everyone while signing, I took a copy of his book which he not only signed but put a short note in aswell, really nice bloke
The rest of the show was good as usual but I do feel it has lost some of its appeal,in the early days of the show there used to be indoor classic car autotests and classic trial bikes plus the Westfield cars doing demos outside, but now seems more about the money ie the VIP parking £10 taking up the area used for demos
Must admit I am sure I will still keep going

What a coincidence you being in the background me and Mrs PC had the same converstion about the VIP parking that area could be reserved for people attending in classic cars we thought but I suppose they need the money to pay for top stars who pull in bigger crowdsallthingscars wrote:Yes great day, that is me stood behind you between the lady in the black and blue coat and the lad with the camera............................. now seems more about the money ie the VIP parking £10 taking up the area used for demos
