Northwest Stages Blackpool

Postby Racing Ron » Thu Jan 03, 2013 9:56 pm

2013 and looking forward to the Northwest stages again.
In Blackpool on February 8th and 9th. This year there are 5 venues 2 of them new to the event and i believe that the event finishes in Preston?
I have asked for the start number of 50! i don't know if we will get it but the organisers know it is the Imps 50th birthday and are profiling the Imp in the programme.
It is always a brilliant but exhausting event ( especially for an old bloke) and has been a little lacking in spectator view points but hopefully the new stages will change that. We wont know what the stages are until the day, but there are 2 spectator stages on Friday in the dark on Blackpool prom which are good and hopefully not as cold as last year.
go to http://www.northweststages.co.uk check out the rally village especially the rallyist stand or his website and look carefully for the imp.

What a result, I had a word with the seeding panel for northwest stages and our start number is.....50 to celebrate our past results and the imps birthday.
so no pressure then!

Ron

Best of luck at the North West Stages. Any chance of you doing some BHRC events - Rally North Wales or Pirelli for example?
