Wheel of set and pcd details

Am looking to get a new set of wheels for a new project , can anyone give me the wheel pcd (four holes to accept hub nuts to locate wheel) and best of set sizes for 13" x 7" rear wheels and 13" x 6" fronts ???

Don't know the offsets Jim but the pcd is 4 x 4" (not 100mm as some will have you believe).

I use 7" rears with 5mm offset and 6" fronts with 25mm offset if that helps.
