Noticed that a Clan was out on this event last weekend and would be interested to find out how it went.

Many thanks to everyone who supported this year's Hexham Historic, whata great night and some great performances a swell. Veryy grateful to the large band of marshals who braved a bitterly cold night to man all the controls and the 18 gates on the route. Many congratulations to Pete Tyson / Neil harrison on a great win.

The Spirit of the rally award went, very deservedly to Donald & Elidh Urquhart who drove teh Land Rover all the way down from Cumbernauld and drove well all night, the Navigator, incidently, is 12 years old !!!!

^^ That could be a decent result! :? How many entrants and finishers were there? I cannot seem to find a full table of results. Mind you, the number of (presumably) penalty points accrued is very high. :!:

look up the classic rally chat forum for more details on the rally quite a few retirements but top 20 is still good

I'll look that up later, Mike. Cheers. 8) Sometimes, from what I've read and heard, just finishing a rally is a triumph in its own right! But to finish in the top third is brilliant. :D
