1990 or earlier Blue book (RAC Motorsport yearbook)

Postby onomatopoeia » Thu Jun 02, 2011 1:54 pm

Has anyone got one lurking on a bookshelf? My collection starts in 1991 unfortunately and I'm looking for the text of a particular regulation, as I want to kick up a stink with one of the MSA specialist committees about a 2011 regulation  . The 1991 - 1996 books refer back to it, but that's no use if you haven't got a copy ...

This is Imp related, or at least Imp-engined vehicle related.

Modprod, previously the eligibility was 100 cars in a 12 month period and historically Davrians and Clans got in by dint of an old regulation which listed other cars that were also allowed (even though that clause disappeared around 1997, the fact that the 100 requirement was unchanged meant that in practice they carried on with saloons and sports). This year what is now "modified series production" has changed to require 1000 cars/year, which puts the old Imp based kit cars in with the Caterfields.
