Re: Imp Ecosse April 2013.

Worry not! I must say that the success of the article in Impressions is remarkable and shows the benefit of placing adverts in it. I know people who are putting an extra effort to finishing the long overdue restoration on the Imps they have. The 50th year is becoming a focus point for this. I am wo...

Re: Imp Ecosse April 2013.

Well its not all good news. I had put quite a bit of effort promoting the idea of people in my area going.
One of the main points they were interested in was my report on how good the accommodation was this year.
Now its all gone I don't think tents will sell the idea to many I refer to.

Re: Noddys Natterings , New interior panels for the Singer

the surounds for the window winder get pretty tight if the panel is too thick. Also the handle to open the door can stick as the spring is then not strong enough to overcome the extra resistance. I have ply on mine and it did all that. It can be corrected by removing plastic from the surrounds. Eff...

Liking the fuel pump mod Noddy. Makes a lot of sense.
TBH I would consider a cover over the exposed parts of the pump.
I have seen these SU pumps for sale more than once broken at the plastic unions.
If your luck is like mine at some point I would drop a spanner and it would land exactly there.

Much debate has been said, but the coming and going of decent 12 inch rubber is often a problem.
Not so much with 13's but maybe they will in years to come.
