Especially as the T-bar is very close to the firewall on a car which would normally have just the open shelf. However, I have an electric bonnet pull whi...

Re: Nods news , Rad guard clean up .

Find of the day at Shepton was a NOS Chammy badge and swivel cover for £15 . Its so good i had to fit . This is possibly the only early car with an external lock like a Californian or Stiletto . Did it myself as the cable mech is horrible with the lever in the glovebox with the added radio in there ...

that rear camber looks more than 1 or 2 degrees :!: , mine are 1/4 negative on the rear and 1 1/4 on the front . 1 or 2 degrees is a bit much.

Re: Nods news , Level one diagnostic

Did the Lyn valley classic car show over the weekend . 158.8 miles there and back with some pretty steep hills to go up and down giving the engine and brakes a real workout . Singer ran superbly other than a brief massive miss fire which was my fault as i forgot to turn the fuel pump back on after a...

Oh you too were a cycle mechanic! I spent ten years as a mechanic in Oxford. Then continued on a while longer in NZ as one before landing contract work at a cassic car resto business. I really enjoyed being a bike mechanic- especially the cheap bike parts, of which half my wages seemed to go on.......

roof and gutter sealant works well , non setting , black and instantly waterproof , its not sillycone and screens can be removed with ease , i did the Vusky in it 10 odd years ago , never leaked since . be careful as there is a sillycone version - best avoided
