Re: Cadwell May 2018 support

The HTC only allow Dunlop CR64 tyres - a historic crossply, only available from HP Tyres. They are at most meetings but best to pre-order if you need tyres and be warned, they are expensive. Races are typically 20 mins to brake pad (or shoes if you have drums) will last for a season or 2 at least. H...

HSCC 2017 - another Imp champion

Congratulations to Steve Platts for securing the 2017 HTC Championship today at Silverstone with another 2 class wins, even surviving a late clash in the second race with a spinning Ford Anglia (Popular shape) that had been tapped by a Mini. Re: HSCC Race Series 2016

Adrian

Looking at the latest dates on the HSCC site, it appears that the Brands Indy race is non-championship with the roadsports. Do you have any update?

Thanks - Simon

For the rear seat removal, I would just remove the cushions as per Paul's mail and work around the back when painting. I've never known anyone successfully remove all the screws into the arch area.

Good luck with the car.

Colin, Laminated screen not required for sprinting. Nor are the extinguisher or cage in roadgoing, but they are a good idea. When I started in my standard Stiletto, I had to secure the seat, fit a 2nd throttle return spring and apply yellow tape to the battery earth lead plus the championship sticke...

Keith,

Best of luck tomorrow (and don't do what I did on my first visit to Gurston - outbraked myself into the tight right at the bottom of the hill and went grasstracking!!).

Cheers - Simon
