Re: lpv433g - rebuilt engine knock video

Hi Stuart,

I take the engine runs o.k. Go easy on it as it has only done 21k in nearly 40 years.

I spoke to your dad regarding a fly wheel that he was going to let us have. Any chance of taking it to work so i can get Donna to pick it up!!!!

Many thanks for the exhaust,

Why is the tail pipe bending around, The orignal Bevan Imp would have been a straight pipe ?

Exhaust Systems

Hi All, As you may have seen I am in the process of building a Group 2 race Imp. We have reached the point where we need to buy the exhaust/ manifold system. In talking to a few people who currently supply a copy of the Janspeed system, it appears that the sizes of the tubes etc are not the same as ...

Re: Bevan IMP

Probably an old question anwered before so forgive me...but how do you set up the toe-in to get over the increased scrub angle on the front tyres due to the wider track (viva) relative to the king-pin axis...or have you compensated by using less negative rim offset? Why not ask an easy question.......

Re: Bevan IMP

No need for a fuel sender in a race car, a measuring stick is used through the the screw cap before it is raced.

The original cars always had tanks which were ally copies of the steel tanks, the tank is foam filled and baffled.
