i had to stop work on this due to a badly broken wrist
really need this gone now as it has been for sale for over 6 months
if it doesent sell be the 16 march it will be getting cut up scraped

you grind all the paint off and basically spot weld 2 inch long pins onto the dent and use a slide hammer to pull on the pin pulling the dent out
very usefull bit of kit

just gave the engine a service and running sweet now im going to buy some new dampers next month for the rear as the spax ones i have got on have failed, does explain why i have been feeling a little sea sick lol

make sure you get all of the coating out of the sump and rocker cover ect im pritty sure that stuff reacts with oil and starts peeling off

well its been 2 months since i did any work to benji so with my mum keep pestering me to do it today i bought some sheet steel and a few bottles of welding gass and made abit of headway on the front rad cowling the first thing i changed was how i would vent the air out, i am now going to vent it out...

james what memory card r u using? i saw on a video on youtube someone said if you use a bigger card the 'quality will be better' or in this case might play smoothly
deffinatly getting one though essential kit for me mountain biking around the alps next year :D

pritty sure ive sussed out when i keep snapping cables :D in the parts list it is itm no 7103407 and it is discribed as a 'washer-special for clamping cable' it looks like an electrical treminal so im sure with this missing it deffinatly isnt going to help me not breaking cable's also does any one h...

TBH - and please don't take offence - but if you are/were forever breaking throttle cables then chances are its fitted incorrectly. I've never broken a throttle cable on a solex in my life (except due to wear - and the cable was 20+ years old). Failing that, there must be a burr on either the outer...

Good luck i spent 2 days getting the underseal off of my car not my fovourite job but has to be done. I used a angle grinder with a knotted wheel and normal wire wheels as well. it depends on the wheel how much dish there is ect i have got thoes tyres on the wellers and they do rub on the arches in std springs but i do have 4 inches of dish! on 7 inch wide wheels how wided are your wheels? how close to the lip of the arch do the wheels come ? unless you have got mad amounts...
