I would wire the Inlet and outlet pipes together on the fuel pump together as they are know to come lose and cause a 🔥 🔥 don't want to loose it

That looks a really good repair Peter the new bonnet I've got a bit similar to the others not a bad fit hanging over at one side but front looks really good few dents need sorting will probably have a go at reworking the overhanging edge But not an easy thing to do Iam thinking Regards Gary Did your...

Just been to pick up a rust free bonnet ! Surface rust but no rot on the front edge fits not too bad neither £90 think it's a good buy BUT the guys farther has died leaving him a large garage full of cars and parts he used to run imps years ago then got in to escorts . he's still sorting through all...

What size wire or you using I find .6 is lot better for thin material
Try just tacking first then tack and move the tip in a half circular motion to extend it then let it cool and start again moving upwards in a different spot to distribute the heat then fill in the spaces between

Looking great ,are you using any heating , it was only 11degs here today I would think it would be a little cooler where you are ,what type of paint are you using 2k needs 15degs min I think unless it's cellulose

Well done col I was going to buy a large gazebo that will just fit in the Garage anything to keep the dust out if you could shows where the air filter goes in and fan out that would be a help when building mine, can you post photos if possible

Hi great work it's really coming along ,how did you get the preload correct on the transaxale ,iam assuming you don't have a rebuild tool kit are any special tools are lots of shims to hand

Hi just acquired a new part ,shot blasted it today, its been bashed in as you can see looks deliberately done ,is this for clearance ? I can sort it that's not a problem but if it's done to get it in easily I'll leave it
