Re: National 2015 Darlington

Big thanks to all involved in the 2015 event. Loved the trip to the bridge to see all the Imps lined up. My Stiletto covered 496 trouble free miles, including a slight detour on the way back for some retail therapy for wifey at York Outlet!
Here's to 2016's event.

If you can make it to the Classic Car day, I am sure you will not be disappointed. I did e mail the organisers to ask that, as the event is advertised...

Well done Chris, great article and worty of all the work you put into getting the car looking as good as it does. It's surprising how the colour changes depending on the angle the photos were taken. The photo on page 48 makes the colour look similar to my Tourquise Stiletto but having seen your car ...

Great news on the repair go ahead so quickly. I remember I had an accident with a Chamois I restored back in the late 90's. A prat pulled out of a side road into my path. The car needed front wing, bumper and headlamp unit (all were obtained new old stock back then!) and bonnet re aligning. The car ...

SBM273J Imp Super in Aztec Gold Metallic. This was the first Imp I bought back in 1988ish after using my late fathers Husky. for a while! I can relate to the level of rot in the car as I have had the same with my Stiletto. I restored the car in 2001 and then again in 2013. This was due to using the Stiletto in all weathers as my daily drive. But then what's the point having a car if you don't use it right? :D
