Re: VTC 384D The budget hillclimbing Imp deluxe

Ah it's good to finally track down the old girl again, I'm not sure if it was you that bought it from me in 2009 with Jez, but I took this when it was towed away on the trailer. I remember taking her back to bare metal in the bus depot where I worked with a drill and a box of sanding discs :) I the...

Going soft Mike, it was totally tropical :D , next thing they'll be cancelling stages due to the cold! On a serious note-fantastic result for alan/ron as always looked and sounded the 'dogs'. If i'd have known you were there i'd have said hello, Andy.

Fantastic performance guys, very entertaining to watch, much better than the boring evos/pressas :D I know that you'll post a full report but am i right in thinking that without road penalties you would be 2nd in class? what was the misdemeanour? A great result, well done !!!!

Re: 68' Stiletto gets a re-build...

When I looked at it I didn't have the necessary know how to confirm the claims for the engine, which tbh was what i was interested in - so probably better going to someone who wants do do the whole car!! good luck, and where in the country did you say you were? Andy.

Col, coming down for the weekend to see some 'top notch' batttling with those race imps. One of my colleagues does the fiat racing challenge, so its 2 for 1, should be plenty to keep me interested! I'll be sure to say hello and good luck. Cheers, Andy.
