Jim, last time Ecosse was held here, there was an optional coach tour of Edinburgh with a lady guide describing what we were seeing, and taking us to an amazing viewing point. I thoroghly enjoyed it, and would be more than happy to do it again.

Thanks from me too to the organisers, grand job, and to everyone for their wonderful company. A great weekend.
And after the trials and tribulations last year, MarGoWie never missed a beat. 835 miles round trip, averaged 44mpg and used an eggcup-full of oil.

I just booked another room at the Links Hotel (Canadian cousin can't keep away!) They told me they have reserved all rooms for us, which is why anyone looking online, or at booking.com or the like will be mislead into thinking they are full. Telephone bookings can still be made. Caravan booked :D 3 booked before me, so don't wait till the 15th!
Looked it up on campsitesuk, says on-site pub only open at weekends, wonder if this includes Thursday? Cafe shuts at 5pm.
